Hi,
This is something i learnt a while ago by eating it at a proper restaurant. I didnt learn from it the ingredients but, the taste and texture of risotto.
What you need is of course:
Garlic
Herbs
Bacon/ chicken or both
Mushroom
Rissotto rice
Stock ( add in scoop by scoop)
Chilly (optional)
Seasoning (pepper and salt)
A dash of cream/ milk at the end.
Cook them well and tadaaaa
The end product :)
** Rissotto rice arent supposed to be hard, neither should be be too soft. Properly cooked rissotto should be grainy and a little chewy.
** You can modify the recipe by putting in different ingredients to make a different rissotto. Key is to be brave :D

Healthy foods
Hi,
My love for food is so great that many things have to be sacrificed including my waist line. Little need to be said, nice food means fats and that translates to our enlarged waist lines. I'm not a professional cook here, neither am i a nutritionist but, one thing i'm certain of is that i'm a FOODIE!
This is something i made yesterday with the thought of dieting:
It does look very healthy, but i assure you, its satisfying. The ingredients are:
Olive Oil ( Any other light tasting oil
Garlic
Herbs ( Italian/ mixed/ herbs du Provence/ your favourites)
Chinese Wine( White wine is more suitable, but its not readily available)
Calamaries/ Squid ( Any other meat/ seafood alternatives)
Mushroom (Any type of mushrooms)
Pak Choy ( Optional/ other vege you like)
Chillies ( Red mild ones/ chilli flakes)
Spring Onions( chopped)
Spagetti ( Any type of pasta you have and little! )
Seasoning ( Pepper and Salt)
One glance at the above list of ingredients, only garlic is the necessary ingredients here and you must be generous with the garlic. Put them into a wok according to the sequence of ingredients above and it will turn out nice. If you're not in need of dieting and you want to impress someone important, put in bacon when you fry the garlic, it'll taste sososo much better!
So what's so special about this plate of food above? It's inspired by Aglio Olio at the making, but in an average Malaysian home, parsley and white wine is not the usual ingredient you find at home. Hence, i throw in many more other ingredients that i thought might work out.
My style of cooking is simple, throw in ingredients that you think might work! If it doesn't, DONT!

First post ever
Hello,
Guess i should call myself a newcomer since i've never written anything about food before. My theory about food is always utilising what you have instead of buying various items that you'll only use once. Quite a waste isnt it :)
Also another very important tip here is
* Imagine whether those ingredients will live happily ever after together*
